

Nancy DeLeon, MSW, LCSW
Nancy is a licensed clinical social worker . She has worked in the field since 1983. Her commitment is to strengthen individuals, couples and families. She has had considerable training in family and marital therapy. She has expertise in working with the adoption process both birth parents and adoptive families. She has facilitated step family groups as well as separation and divorce support groups. She has a extensive experience in working with individuals who struggle with depression and anxiety. She is passionate about her vocation and believe this shines through her work.

Barbara G. Farnan, M. S., L. M.H.C.
Barbara is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience providing counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
Barbara has worked in both inpatient and outpatient environments. She has worked with adolescents with behavioral problems and their families in a local inpatient treatment center, concentrating on providing conflict resolution, anger management, self-esteem, and communication counseling to these adolescents and families in crisis.
She has participated as a leader in seminars and retreats for individuals who are blocked in their process of change and growth to lead them to significant breakthroughs. She has extensive training in providing couples with communication and conflict resolution skills and is a certified Prepare/Enrich premarital counselor. Barbara has also worked at a private university providing career and mental health counseling to traditional college students and adults returning to school.
Barbara facilitates a coed weekly group for individuals addressing issues such as addiction, codependency, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression.
Barbara believes in the beauty and uniqueness of each individual and uses various therapeutic approaches to assist her clients in healing trauma and staying in touch and “remembering” in The Present moment who they really are.

Tricia Allen, LMT, NCTMB
Tricia Allen has been a nationally certified and Florida State licensed massage therapist since 1999. Tricia is certified in foot and hand reflexology. Tricia has studied deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy and trigger point therapy. Tricia has worked at the Present since September of 2000 and she has provided massage therapy for patients in alcohol and drug recovery at the Hanley Center since February of 2002. Ms. Allen is passionate about massage therapy because of the connection between the mind, body and spirit and the positive benefits massage therapy has on the healing process. In addition to increasing circulation and elimination, massage helps to move stuck energy in the body, which, in turn, allows the individual to let go of emotions.

Michael Gallagher, LCSW
Michael Gallagher is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who has been working at The Present since 2003. Michael obtained his Master of Social Work from Barry University. He has over 12 years of experience working with clients in the mental health field. Michael has worked at Oakwood Center of the Palm Beaches, St. Mary's Institute for Mental Health, the Center for Family Services, and at Hospice of Palm Beach County. Michael enjoys working with clients on many issues, with particular focus on depression, anxiety, caregiver issues, trauma, and grief and loss.

Judith Richardson, MSed, CAP, Reg MHC Intern
Judith has worked with adults, adolescents, couples, and families using a multidisciplinary approach in counseling for 12 years. Her background in higher education and community affiliations assist her in providing a system of integrative support for clients. Judith offers counseling in a variety of areas including; addiction, codependency, relationships, depression/anxiety, stress, and life challenges.
